Please check your email for the “Welcome to Smile” confirmation email (remember to check your Junk folder, if it doesn’t appear in your Inbox straight away). Please read the email carefully to ensure you benefit from your Smile Plan.

Your Smile Temporary Card has also been emailed to you. Official Smile Cards will be sent via post to your address within 14 business days. The Smile Temporary Card is valid for 14 days from today, so if you have an urgent appointment please simply print it off and present it to participating practices to get your reduced dental fees.

Please also know that Smile Plans work much like your mobile plan or insurance plan and will continue to keep you covered indefinitely. This means the Plan will automatically renew at the end of your current cycle. Smile sends email reminders 30 days before this due date. Simply make sure you keep your credit card details up to date for Smile to ensure you remain covered. You can cancel the renewal at no cost any time before the due date.
